HENDERSON, Ky. -- Charter Spectrum Cable has a permit for a night work zone lane restriction along the southbound lanes of the U.S. 41 Twin Bridges between Henderson and Evansville with work expected to continue through Dec. 21.
This southbound work zone is to allow a Charter Spectrum crew to install 9660 feet of fiber optic conduit and cable along the approaches to the southbound bridge.
Charter Spectrum will be restricted to working between 8 p.m., CST, each evening and 6 a.m., the following morning.
This night work is expected to continue on a Monday through Saturday schedule through about Dec. 21.
Due to reduced traffic during overnight hours this work zone is not expected to create delays.
Motorists are reminded to use appropriate caution where equipment, flaggers and construction personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
