HENDERSON, Ky. -- The Depot Community Room's last free walking tour of the 2018 season will be an indoor presentation at the Depot on Saturday, Nov. 3, at 10 a.m.
Local historian Frank Nally will present a historical account of the religious history of Henderson County, from the early Mound Builders to present day.
The 2018 Veterans Exhibit will open on Nov. 12 with a focus on World War I. Friends and relatives of all military veterans who were born or resided in Henderson County are encouraged to bring in a photo of their veteran to be scanned and placed on the Veteran's Christmas tree in December. A digital image can also be sent to email@example.com. Please include the Veteran's name, rank, branch of service, service dates, and any other interesting information such as service during wars or conflicts, etc. The exhibit will be open to the public Monday-Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. through December.
