Speaking at a City meeting is easy!

1. Go to Zoom.Us to create a FREE account – OR download the app to your phone:

2. Fill out the Public Participation Request form. You will then be sent a Zoom invite to speak. If you do not have access to use Zoom, you may still dial in the phone number to speak.

* All submissions must be in by 12:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
