The
Memorial Tree Program

Many people have a desire to mark important events in their lives with an act of
significance. Events and people often deserve special recognition, some act of
love and respect that serves as a memorial to someone. Planting a tree is an act
that provides environmental support and social comfort. When you plant a tree,
you contribute to the enhancement of the community.
To donate to the Memorial Tree program, please contact the Parks and Recreation
office at 270-831-1274. The tax-deductible donation will be used to plant a tree
or landscape parks and cemeteries. Trees will be planted in the spring or the
fall.
